Mr Young served in the British Army as an Ammunition Technical Officer, leading C-IED and Capacity Building projects throughout the Middle East and Northern Africa. Having specialized in Weapons Technical Intelligence, he has been involved in the development of novel C-IED ISR Capabilities with Coalition Forces. He has worked in both commercial and humanitarian sectors and, most recently, in Ukraine, leading a Mine Action Program.

Mr. Brinkley has continued to support the EOD community by conducting and overseeing hundreds of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) removal projects.
